About Hummingbird Drone Photos
Our Story
My fascination with photography began in High School when I started working in the Audio/Visual Department. What started off as just delivering projectors and VCR’s to classrooms quickly developed into Photographing and Videography of the sports teams. From there my interest only accelerated by film development in the darkroom to splicing films.
Upon graduating, I joined the military and bought my first 35 mm Camera a Yashica FX. That camera went with me everywhere. From Colorado to Germany I reveled in nature, architectural and photo effects with lens filters (the old-fashioned way). It was great capturing all the beauty of the world through a lens.
Through the years, I have worked with both 35mm to Digital photography, while I miss the old days of working with negatives, the advantages of Digital photography is amazing.
In 2003 I became a REALTOR, and began using my skills for home sales and apartment leasing. My knowledge of photography through the years worked to my advantage, by being able to capture images with a lifelong of skills that other agents don't possess.
Currently, Drone Photography has become one of the best ways of showcasing properties and their surroundings through elevated views that show not just the Home but the yard, pool, location to surrounding parks, shops and more. Through Drone Photography and videography I have used my techniques to sell homes. I have used skills as both a Buyer and Sellers agent, assisting in getting the bigger picture for them to view. By utilizing music and voiceover effects on my drone videos we can capture the beauty of the property!

Reasons to Hire Only FAA Drone operators
In order to fly your drone under the FAA 's Small UAS Rule (Part 107), you must obtain a Remote Pilot Certificate from the FAA . This certificate demonstrates that you understand the regulations, operating requirements, and procedures for safely flying drones. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has the authority to issue you a fine if you are flying under Part 107 rules without being licensed. Although enforcement actions from the FAA are rare, having a Part 107 could be important from a legal and liability perspective if anything goes wrong during a flight.
